Datacenter on generator power
02-26-08 @ 1:15p.m.
A failed switch and fire at an electrical substation outside Miami triggered widespread blackouts across Florida. This outage affected the datacenter. The datacenters UPS kick in and generators took over operations.
5:17p.m.
The power is up and running. The generators are still on so we can continue to filter with UPS power.

We will be performing a System Packages update on all servers. This maintenance window is expected to last 2 hours. The control panel will be unavailable during this period. All other services may be affected for 5 minutes or less.
